
Here is a sneak peek at two of my ATC's for a swop on the Cricut MB. I have made several in different colours and styles and will post some more once the swop ends.
For the background paper I used Pearlescent Pastel Colours, from the USArt Quest watercolour palette, on ordinary printer paper. While it was wet I scrunched it up then straightened it out and left it to dry. The idea came from The Stamp Man site, one of my favourite sites.
You cannot see the effect but it is very shimmery. I added some ribbon and hearts and used the negative of a peel off on one and the positive on the other.






This was my first attempt using Paper Dolls. I cut the hair from velvet paper for texture. The lapels are glittered and cut from the Wedding cartridge. The bottle, a dingbat, it is 9.5" high and was cut with SCAL and the label is computer generated. (I forgot to put the wire on for the photograph).
