I made this card using a cut file from MagicWanda, here is her blog - she has some wonderful designs http://myscraphappyplace.blogspot.com/ When you visit don't forget to leave her a message! I adapted the file for the egg shape and added the chick image that a friend sent me.
I tried to make the chick 'hang off' the ribbon.
